Do you accept telephone orders? Fax orders? Email orders? Can I mail you a check or money order?
Outdoor Power World orders may be placed online via our secure shopping cart system or call us toll free at (855) 291-6700 , 9-6 ET M-F.

How will I know you've received my order? Or that it has been shipped?
Once you've successfully submitted your order, you'll almost immediately receive an automatic confirmation of your transaction to the email address you provided (so be sure to check and double-check that you've entered the address correctly). When your order ships out, we'll email with confirmation and a tracking number.

Do I need my order number when emailing with questions about my order?
Yes, so please keep our email confirming receipt of your order. All the information you'll need is contained in that message.

How can I cancel an order? Or add or remove items?
Please email right away if you wish to cancel your order or add/delete items; if more than 2 hours pass between the time we receive an order and when we receive a cancellation request, we may be unable to cancel.

What are your hours of operation?
